Boys room + quilts

Thank you Grammy and Grandma for the awesome quilts! We changed their bed into a regular bunk bed and added a chair for reading bedtime stories. Looks great all together. Thank you!

When it's cold outside, the discerning Bassett hound opts for a casual, but elegant look.. Special thanks to Beth Parker for tailoring this garment to Millie's unique dimensions. The darts were a particularly nice touch. It flatters her figure now.

Happy Halloween

Cub Scout fall outing

JR and I attended the Green Mountain Councils's "Haunted Harvest Fest" yesterday at Camp Sunrise and camped there overnight. Weather was beautiful and this was one happy Cub Scout to be wearing his uniform for the first time. Thanks to Mama for sewing on all those patches. They all stayed on!!

JR minus two front teeth

JR went to the dentist today and she extracted his two lower front teeth. He's looking forward to a visit from the tooth fairy tonight.

Weekend fun

Nothing special planned, but Sat, Sun, Mon were some quality time.. Red Ryder BB gun and pool on Sat (no one shot their eye out..), Shelburne Museum and pool on Sun, and some sweet lego building with the boys today. I'm liking this guard schedule.
