JR participated in first Pinewood Derby today. We had a good time designing and building this super sweet car. The flames definitely made in run faster!
Two snow days in Vermont yesterday and today. 32" total over 32 hours. The boys enjoyed it although they had trouble getting up when they fell in the middle of it. Millie got into the act and surprised us with her romping around yesterday when it was a foot deep. Less romping when it was over her head today!
Two nights at Jay Peak, a ski resort in northern Vermont. They offer free passes to Vermont military and their dependents. Pretty awesome deal. Another awesome deal was seeing the ability JR now has after his weekly ski lessons this season.
A couple pics from my recent deployment with the VTANG. We dropped a whole lot of bombs in the fight against ISIS in Iraq and Syria. 2.5 months and nearly 1000 attacks. Totally different tempo and sense of purpose than previous deployments. I'll take this one any day.
